The petitioner's grievance ventilated in this petition is that State Authority have started raising construction of a building of Government college and part of construction has been extended over the land of the petitioner also. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that even though the petitioner

applied for demarcation before the respondent no. 3, vide application dated 27.08.2015, P-4, the same has not been decided and the construction is being continued. He submits that an application before the Collector was also moved but nothing has happened till date. 3.

The dispute between the petitioner and the respondent appears one relating to the Boundaries. This can be decided only a fact finding enquiry. The petitioner has moved an application before Thasildar for demarcation. Considering the matter, relates to construction of a building of Government College, respondent No. 3 is directed to demarcate the areas and prepare a report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. On the date of demarcation the petitioner shall also remain present. Thereafter, if the petitioner grievance is not redressed, it will be open for the petitioner to take recourse to remedy as may be available to him under the law.

This petition is therefore, disposed off.
