1. In view of memo dated 12.10.2015 (Annexure R-1), I am satisfied that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and decision has been taken by the respondents rejecting petitioners' claim.

2. Irrespective of correctness of the decision so taken, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter.
