Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the pond in question is not being alloted to the petitioner though the authority has passed the resolution in favour of the petitioner but it is not being decided by respondent No. 6.

Be that as it may, the concerned authority is directed to proceed in accordance with law and decide the petitioner's case expeditiously. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
