1. Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submits that pursuant to the order of this Court, effective steps have been taken to acquire the land of the petitioners and for grant of compensation and it will be done expeditiously.

2. In view of the above, the contempt case is closed reserving liberty in favour of the petitioners to proceed in accordance with law.
