Agrawal Order On Board 05/07/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that despite order passed by Tahsildar, Charama, encroachment has not been removed by the respondent. (2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I am of the view that the writ petition as framed and filed is not maintainable in view of alternative remedy of approaching revenue authorities in accordance with provisions contained in Chhattisgrh Land Revenue Code, 1959.
(3) Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach before the jurisdictional revenue authority for redressal of his grievances.
