(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner makes representation to the competent authority for revocation of suspension within a period of two weeks from today, then the authority concerned shall consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the submission of representation in light of the observations made in the judgment of the Supreme Court in the matter of Ajay Kumar Choudhary (others).

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands fianally disposed of.
