Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 6 has forged patta in his favour and is claiming title over the suit property which is possessed by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Bijapur is directed to look into the matter and consider the issue and examine the lease documents of the petitioner as well as of respondent No. 6, expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
