Agrawal Order On Board 2 2/07/201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 92/2015 registered at Police Station Dabhra, District (Revenue & Civil)- Janjgir-Champa for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3306/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
