(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.3306/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Accordingly, the second bail application is rejected.
