1. The limited prayer that the petitioner makes is for appropriate direction to the respondent No.5 & 6 to ensure that demarcation of

the property in terms of the mutation of the order dated 17.06.2020 be done at the earliest.

2. Learned State counsel submits that let writ petition be disposed of with direction to the respondent No.5 & 6 ensuring that demarcation is done within the stipulated period of four weeks' time.

3. As submitted by the State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent No.5 & 6 to ensure that the application for demarcation moved by the petitioner be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
