Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information received by him, the petition has become infructuous and he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. He further submits that the police has given a report under Section 155 Cr.P.C. to the effect that no cognizable offence has been made out.

In view of such submission this petition is dismissed as infructuous.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy available to him under the law.
