16.07.2019 Heard.

This petition has been brought under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of appropriate writ. 2.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has lodged the FIR in this case on 8.3.2019. Later on, the petitioner has also filed one complaint vide Annexure-P/2 in which he has stated that all the

sons, daughter-in-law and Manglu were also involved in the said commission of offence. The police has not investigated in the complaint made by the petitioner, therefore, a direction be issued for fair investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents opposes the petition and submits that direction for investigation may be issued. 4.

Heard counsel for both the parties and perused the documents. 5.

After considering the submissions made by both the parties and after perusing the documents filed alongwith the petition, this petition is disposed off with the directions as follows:

'Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 are directed to investigate the case in light of the complaint filed by the petitioner on 15.4.2019 and come to the conclusion for filing final report accordingly, in case the charge-sheet is not yet filed.' 6.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed off.
