2. Considering the fact that the petitioner/defendant could not examine her witnesses as the original Power of Attorney was not available, but now a fresh Power of Attorney is stated to be available, ends of justice would be served if the petitioner is allowed one opportunity to examine her witnesses subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- payable to the plaintiff before the date of examination.
3. It is informed that the matter is posted before the trial Court tomorrow i.e. on 20.06.2019 for final hearing.
4. Let the trial Court fix some date in the next week for examination of petitioner's witnesses and thereafter proceed to decide the suit within next 15 days from the date of closure of evidence.
5. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
