1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant submits that the Appellant has already undergone entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the Trial Court and has been released from jail on 27.06.2019. Presently, the Appellant is undergoing jail sentence for other offence and the trial is pending against him, therefore, counsel for the Appellant doesn't want to press the present appeal.

2. In view of the above submission, the instant appeal is dismissed as not pressed.
