(C) No. 2536/2017 dated 13.09.2017, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 13.09.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 2536/2017. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh and, in turn, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Raigarh shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 13.09.2017 in its letter and spirit.
