1. Petitioner has preferred this criminal miscellanoues petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. for cancellation of non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against him on 27/08/2015.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner be stayed/quashed.
3. Offence under Section 420/34 of the IPC had been registered against the petitioner way back in the year 2015 and he has been absconding since then. Permanent warrant of arrest has already been issued against him on 27/08/2015. I do not find any merit in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to move an application for anticipatory bail before the jurisdictional criminal Court in accordance with law.
