1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime Nos.23/2020, 44/2020, 47/2020, 24/2020, 46/2020, registered in Police Station Shankargarh, Rajpur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj for offence under Sections 457 and 380 of the IPC.

2. The applicants and 4 other co-accused persons have committed theft of goats belonging to different villagers. When one of the accused was arrested on suspicion, he revealed that all the accused persons have committed theft of goats belonging to different persons on 12th March, 2020 and 14th March, 2020.

3. Admittedly, co-accused Majbula Ansari and Mehtab Alam have already been released on bail in MCRC Nos.3641/2020 and 5089/2020.

4. Considering that the present applicants are in jail since last more than 7

months and charge sheet has already been filed, as also for the reason that co-accused persons have already been released on bail in similar nature of offence, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They are directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
