2. Petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondentsauthorities to consider the claim for promotion of the petitioner.

3. Petitioner is posted as Rural Agricultural Extension Officer at Masturi, District Bilaspur (C.G.), his representation (Annexure-P/7) is still pending and yet to be decided.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is

disposed of with this direction that the respondent No. 1 shall decide the representation (Annexure-P/7) filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to the law and procedure.
