1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. Facts of the case is that the husband of the petitioner died in harness on 15.01.2015. Husband of the petitioner was working as a Shiksha Karmi Grade-III under respondent No. 3. Subsequently the petitioner moved an application on 06.05.2015 and Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Gaurella, District Bilaspur forwarded the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment to respondent No. 3 vide Annexure (P-5) dated 24.07.2015. However, thereafter there is

no further developments that has taken place on the claim of the petitioner.

Given the aforesaid factual matrix as it stands, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 2 & 3 to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be the duty of the petitioner to apprise respondent No. 2 & 3 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
