1. Heard.

2. The present petition is filed for transfer of case filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act for restitution of conjugal rights by the respondent/husband bearing Civil Suit No.7-A/2018 pending at Dantewada to the Family Court, Dhamtari.

3. It is contended on behalf of the applicant/wife that she has filed an application under section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Family Court, Dhamtari and she has sought for transfer of the case filed by the husband at Dantewada to Family

Court, Dhamtari.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection if the case is transferred from Dantewada to Family Court, Dhamtari.

5. Under the circumstances, it is directed that the Civil Suit No.07-A/2018 pending at Dantewada filed by the husband Raghvendra Tandia against the wife Smt. Pratibha Tandiya under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, shall stand transferred to the Family Court, Dhamtari. The parties shall appear before the Family Court, Dhamtari on 30th of October, 2018.
