1. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had a saving bank account with the respondent No. 4 society which is as of now under the control of the respondents No. 2 & 3.
2. According to the petitioner, he had certain amount in his credit and for which he had moved an application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs. 86,393/-. However, his application has not been processed and it has been informed that the respondent No. 4- society has since been closed and brought under the control of the respondents No. 2 & 3.
3. Given the said facts, this Court is of the opinion that let the petitioner, in addition to his application that he has already made, move another application before the respondents No. 2 & 3 for considering his request
for withdrawal of the amount that is lying in his credit with the respondent No. 4. The respondents No. 2 & 3 shall thereafter immediately process the application of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision at the earliest preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the fresh application to be made by the petitioner.
