Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition so as to pursue the revision petition filed by the petitioner pending before the Board of Revenue. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The prayer is fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the revision petition already pending before the Board of Revenue and the interim relief granted in the petition will remain in operation for the period of three weeks. Meanwhile, the petitioner may press the application for stay before the
Board of Revenue.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
