1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.236/2019 registered in Police Station Kumhari, District Durg, for offence under Section 354 (B) of the IPC and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. The applicant has outraged the modesty of the prosecutrix aged about 8 years.
