The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct respondents to consider and decide his pending representations dated 29.11.2016 and 13.12.2016.

The petitioner was working as Hospital Consultant at District Sukma. His services has been terminated by the respondent No.8 on 25.11.2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of with the direction to the respondents that his pending representations dated 29.11.2016 and 13.12.2016 may be disposed of as early as possible. 4.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider and decide the aforesaid pending representations of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, according to law and procedure.
