2. Learned counsel for the Commission submits that the Commission has been dealing with lots of cases in appeal and all attempts are being made to dispose off the cases as early as possible.

3. Taking into consideration the submission of counsel for respondent / Commission, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending. The petition is accordingly disposed off with the observation that the Commission shall do well to dispose off the appeal of the petitioner as early as possible.
