It is informed that the trial in Special Sessions Trial No.300/2016 (State Vs. Sakir Ali) could not be concluded within the period specified by this Court in MCRC No.7255/2017 by order dated 15-12-2017. Hence, it is prayed that extension of three months may be given for completion of the trial.

Considered on the prayer made in the PUD and the prayer is allowed. Time for conclusion of the above-mentioned pending trial is extended upto to three months.

The PUD disposed off.
