The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to quash the impugned order dated 06.05.2016 (Annexure P/1) and order dated 08.03.2017 (Annexure P/2).

The petitioner is working as Lecturer (Panchayat) at Government Higher Secondary School, Tilai, Block Akaltara, District Janjgir-Champa. 3.

The matter in issue is squarely covered by the order dated 03.11.2017 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 4271/2017 and batch of

petitions, order dated 08.01.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No.80/2018 by the co-ordinate Bench and order dated 25.06.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 4113/2018 passed by this Court. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and aforesaid orders, it is directed that respondent shall examine the petitioner's case and take appropriate decision on his claim for reinstatement into the earlier pay scale which was being granted to him prior to reduction of lowest stage of the pay scale of Lecturer (Panchayat).
