The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No. 173/2020, registered at police Station Nandini, District Durg for offences punishable under Sections 147, 456, 294, 506, 323, 327, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Ongoing through the papers, it is apparent that as against the applicant one more crime for the offences under Section 451, 294, 506 and 427 of the IPC has been registered at Police Station Mohan Nagar. Even though one of the applicants is constable registration of two different crimes would dis-entitle the applicant to be released on anticipatory bail.
