1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present case is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 2 for considering/deciding the application of the petitioner seeking permission to sell her property.

2. According to the petitioner, she has moved an application before the respondent No. 2 on 15.01.2019 seeking permission to sell her property which situates in Khasra No. 150/4 measuring 0.121 hectare in Bhagwanpur, Patwari Halka No. 14, near Dhimrapur Chowk, Raigarh, however, till date no decision on the said application has been taken inspite of about more than one and half year having lapsed.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the application moved by the petitioner in accordance with law at the

earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
