Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's land has been acquired by the respondent authorities for construction of road in lieu of which no compensation has been paid to the petitioner against which he has also preferred representation before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered and decided till date. 2.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Bilaspur is directed to look into the matter and consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of compensation expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
