HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet Cont. Case (C) No.604 of 2018 Ramesh Kumar & Ors. Vs. Heera Lal Ratre & Anr. 13/08/2018 Shri Kapil Maini, Advocate for the petitioners. Shri SP Kale, Dy. AG for the State.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order against which this contempt petition has been filed has since been complied with and accordingly nothing further remains in this petition to be decided inasmuch as the respondents have passed an order whereby the claim of the petitioners have been rejected. The counsel for the petitioners accepts the fact that the order passed by the department has been communicated to the petitioners. Accordingly, reserving right of the petitioners to assail the subsequent order passed by the department, the present contempt petition stands disposed of. The contemnors are discharged from the contempt proceedings. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
