1. The petitioner, is a Panch as Gram Panchayat, has filed this petition for direction to consider representation in the form of registered notice given to respondents to make an enquiry with regard to irregularities by respondent No.4 in the matter of irregularities in operation of ration shop.

2. If any representation has been made by the petitioner, the authorities are required to be examined the same and in accordance with law to find out whether irregularities have taken place or not. The Respondent No.3 shall conduct an enquiry and examine the complaints in accordance with law.
