Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 21/09/2020

1. The limited relief that the petitioner has claimed in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 3 in respect of the alleged complaint that the petitioner has made on 26.06.2020.

2. The grievance seems to be in respect of the action on the part of the respondent No. 4 illegally entering upon the petitioner's property and destroying his standing crops, which situates in Khasra No. 6/2 measuring, 0.14 Hectare.

In case, if the demand of the petitioner is outside the powers

of the respondent no 3. then suitable intimation be given to the petitioner accordingly.
