1. The aforesaid MCRCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.222/2020, registered in Police Station Manendragarh, District Korea, for offence under Section 394/34 of the IPC.

2. The present applicants along with third accused Sahil Kesharwani looted Rs.10,000/- cash and 2 mobile sets and also assaulted the victim Rajaram at about 11 am on 1.7.2020.

3. Learned State Counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail. However, he would submit that the concerned SHO has not reported any previous criminal antecedents of the applicants.

4. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 2.7.2020 i.e. for more than 3 months; offence is triable by the JMFC and charge sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

5. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
