The limited relief that the petitioner seeks is for an appropriate direction to the respondents to consider her request for making necessary corrections in the service records as also in the gradation list, so far as the education qualification and other qualification, which the petitioner possesses.

According to the petitioner, she has obtained certain qualifications, some of which were obtained before coming into the employment itself, but those are not being reflected in the gradation list and a few of them was obtained subsequent to the coming into employment with the permission of the employer, but those also are not reflected either in the service book or in the gradation list. The apprehension of the petitioner is that now the respondents when they are processing the

promotional process for filling up the post of Assistant Grade-III, the petitioner make get left out for his educational qualifications not being reflected in the gradation list as also in the service book. The petitioner submits that she has been repeatedly approaching the respondents for making necessary entries in the service book and the gradation list.

Given the limited submission and the grievance that the petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 with a detailed representation supported with all the relevant documents and contentions in support of her claim, the respondent No.2 in turn is expected to take an appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
