1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 14.08.2017 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Baikunth,Tilda to Tamnar, Raigarh.

2. Today when the matter has been called, it has been informed by the petitioner that by virtue of the interim order granted by this court on 06.09.2017, the petitioner was continued at the said place till now for a period of about two years and now by a fresh order dated 23.08.2019 he has been transferred to a different place.

3. In view of the fact that the petitioner has subsequently been transferred by a fresh order altogether dated 23.08.2019 and that too after a lapse of two years, the present dispute as such has rendered infructuous.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
