1. Heard.

2. The bail application was rejected by the learned trial Court in view of the fact that the investigation was not complete and charge sheet has not been filed.

3. Now the charge-sheet has been filed and therefore, it would be proper to revive the bail application before the Court below.

4. In view of the subsequent filing of the charge-sheet with liberty to revive the bail application before the Court below, this application is disposed off.
