Sam Koshy Order On Board 31/07/2015 Counsel for the petitioner at the outset itself prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to take resort of making representation to the Authorities against the impugned order of transfer dated 20.07.2015.

Without expressing into the merit of the case, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with the aforesaid liberty. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Needless to mention that in the event the petitioner makes a representation, the concerned authority shall decide the same in accordance with the rules.
