Limited grievance of the petitioner is that though the matter has remained pending before the Collector, having been forwarded to him by the Additional Collector in the matter of petitioner's application for grant of permission to sell the land in question, no decision has been taken till date.

Considering the nature of grievance, I am inclined to dispose off the matter at this stage with a direction to respondent No.3/Collector to decide petitioner's application one way or the other within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
