1. The aforesaid MCrCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.258/2020 registered in Police Station Kota, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 457 and 380 of the IPC.

2. The applicants have committed theft of one motorcycle, Exide battery of Tractor and cash of Rs.60,000/- belonging to the complainant Devendra Kumar Banjare.

3. Considering that the applicants are in jail since 6.7.2020; charge sheet has already been filed and the offences are triable by the JMFC, this Court is inclined to release the applicants on bail.

4. Accordingly, the applications are allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
