This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India preferred against the order dated 07.05.2015 by which petitioner's application for restoration has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the application for condonation of delay of about 5 years in filing restoration petition the reason stated was paralysis of the petitioner which has not been properly appreciated by the Court.

Neither before the Court below nor before this Court, any medical certificate or document has been filed to show that petitioner was suffering such acute illness that application could not be filed for long 5 years. Therefore, no interference is called for. 4. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
