(C) No. 500 of 2018 dated 26.02.2018, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant, I deem it appropriate to give one more opportunity to the Collector, Bemetra to ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 26.02.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No. 500 of 2018. (3) Counsel for the applicant may also make additional representation to the Collector, Bemetra and, in turn, Collector, Bemetra shall ensure the compliance of this Court's order dated 26.02.2018 in its letter and spirit.
