1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 18.04.2012, whereby the respondent No.5 has been granted compassionate appointment by the respondents on the death of one Jeevan Das Padwar, the son of the petitioner.
2. In the entire body of the petition, so also the annexures enclosed therein, the petitioner has not brought anything on record with which it could be said that the respondent No.5 was not the wife of the said late Jeevan Das Padwar.
3. In the absence of any such document and the respondent-State already having granted compassionate appointment to the respondent No.5, this Court does not find any strong material brought
on record by the petitioner calling for an interference with the impugned order of appointment granted to the respondent No.5.
