This petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved by order dated 25.06.2015 by which the appeal has been finally disposed off.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as the information was not provided in time, a fine of Rs.25,000/- was liable to be imposed and disciplinary action ought to be directed against the erring official.

A perusal of the order shows that the records relating to concerned vehicle were not available and report to the Inspector was also made under report dated 24.11.2014 stating

that enquiry against the erring official has also been recommended. Considering the aforesaid aspect and that information has already been supplied, the commission has closed the appeal. Therefore, there is no jurisdictional illegality in the impugned order, warranting interference of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
