Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite an interim order staying effect and operation of an order dated 06.07.2015, and the same having been communicated to respondent, the petitioner is not being allowed to work. 2.

It appears that no specific order in writing has been passed disallowing the petitioner to join after interim order was communicated. The order is clear. As the effect and operation has been stayed, the respondent is duty bound to allow the petitioner to join. Let a copy of this order, which is now being passed, be placed before the respondent for due compliance.

If the petitioner is not allowed to join, this Court may be constrained to initiate appropriate contempt proceedings. The petitioner would be at liberty to revive the petition, if he is not allowed to join within 3 days of submission of the copy of this order, passed today 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
