This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants, who are apprehending their arrest in connection with Crime No.61/2020 registered at Police Station Batauli, District Surguja for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294, 323, 307, 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of the

MCRCA No. 1205 of 2020 Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Sessions Court.
