The Applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.167/2021 registered at Police Station Baloda, District Janjgir - Champa, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 458, 323, 324, 395 and 398 of IPC and under Sections 25 & 27 of Arms Act. 2.

Shri Singh seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat the same as and when occasion arises.
