In so far as challenge to the earlier order dated 13.07.2015 is concerned, it is found that the petitioner did not challenge the order dated 13.07.2015, accepted it and thereafter moved another application for summoning Branch Manager of Oriential Bank of Commerce Bilaspur as witness. That application has been rejected on 28.07.2015. 2.

Considering that the entire defence of the petitioner rests is on the issue whether he had issued the cheque, it is directed that the Court below shall summon the concerned Branch Manager Oriential Bank of Commerce Bilaspur for being examined as defence witness. 3.
