Perused the letter received from the Family Court dated 4/06/2018 wherein it is stated that both the litigating parties before the court are husband and wife and there are chances of settlement. Direction was given by this court in criminal revision to decide the said MJC No.32/2016 within period of six months from 27/03/2017 and request is made that time may be extended. It appears that further this court by an order dated 4/01/2018 has extended further time of six months to decide the MJC. Considering the fact that the parties are husband and wife and it has been stated that there are chances of settlement, another six months time is extended from today to decide MJC No.32/2016.
