1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No. 3 to consider the representation which the petitioner has filed in so far as the early finalization of granting of physical possession of the pond "Parmeshwara" to the petitioner for the purpose of fisheries, as all other formalities for granting of physical possession is already over.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that principally the respondents have decided to allot the pond to the petitioner, however the physical possession has yet not been given and taking into consideration that the seeds for fishing has to be done during the monsoon season, they are requesting for an early decision to be taken by the respondent No. 3.

3. Given the said facts, particularly the precarious situation, this Court is of the opinion that, ends of justice would meet, if the writ petition is

disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 to take a decision on the representation that the petitioner has made in respect of early granting of physical possession of the pond "Parmeshwara" to the petitioner.

4. Let the respondent No. 3 take a decision in this regard within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed of Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Jyotijha
