Counsel for the petitioner prays that writ petition at this juncture may be disposed of directing the respondents to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner so far as grant of third time bound pay scale/Krammonati on completion of 30 years of service in terms of the circular of the State Government dated 08.08.2018 and 25.03.2021.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the State.

-23. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the claim of the petitioner is decided at the earliest in accordance with rules governing the field at the earliest preferably within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
